One of our top Pharmaceutical Industry clients, permanent basis collaborators, asked us to hand out our support in a very ambitious project they started a while ago. They intended to start the basis of a modern Oncology Business Unit, in order to enter the market and promote the latest discovered medicines, against cancer disease.
Our services of Executive Search and Headhunting were once again successful, bringing the expected results. We manage to complete a very extensive search, bringing together six marketing and sales professionals, including the Manager of the business line, all having broad oncology and haematology expertise.
Among the challenges of the search, we first had to find professionals located in different regions of the country such as Iasi, Timisoara and Bucharest. Our efforts had to be concentrated in scouting these three different and particular markets and Secondly the professionals had to posses university studies and professional background in oncology and haematology area. We managed to meet our client’s needs, by close qualitative counselling and active support.
The team is currently working at full power, in order to consolidate and build the department and to reach the expected sales targets. But mostly they are focused in being as implicated as possible, in fighting this widely spread and difficult illness, especially today, when cancer incidence among the population in Romania is growing.
